Breast cancer patients are entitled to restorative areola nipple tattooing under the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 (WHCRA). After breast reconstruction, please give me a call and We will be happy to assist you finalizing your road to recovery. We also provide nipple and areola tattooing for women who have loss of color due to breast reduction or any other reason.  Shanan can provide you her NPI number (national provider number) and paperwork to file with your insurance company for your reimbursement or pre-authorization.
